We are a fully regulated and bonded member of Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)

Membership of ARLA is your assurance that all legal regulations will be met and that your tenancy is protected by clear guidelines and procedures.

ARLA sets out a code of practice for letting and managing properties. It helps us enable clear and successful arrangements between landlords and tenants and provides a full understanding of the latest regulations. It also includes:

• correct handling and accounting procedures
• complaints and disputes procedures
• clear, practical information for tenants
• professional indemnity insurance

The Property Ombudsman

We are a member of the Property Ombudsman scheme. As such we comply with a Code of Practice which lays down standards of business conduct. This means you can be confident about our quality and professionalism of service. However, if there is a problem which we cannot resolve between us, you have access to independent judgment of your complaint.

The service is free to the public.
